What We Are Looking For...
Fox Commercial Inspections provides thorough and detailed inspections and reports to commercial property buyers in the Houston Metro area.
We strive to exceed the industry standards by providing quality, detailed inspection reports that surpass the requirements of a standard commercial inspection and are looking for a dependable, thorough, customer friendly inspector who can work quickly and on their own without cutting corners, to add to our inspection team.
A behavioral assessment is part of our hiring process.
The right inspector will be trained by our experienced team, while receiving $100/day! Salary increases after successful completion of training!
Vehicle provided after training.

Texas Professional Inspection license
Must be able to communicate (speak & write) in English
Must have a great work ethic
Must be able to crawl under houses and in attic spaces (when accessible)
Must have basic computer skills and a digital camera or camera on your phone
Must be able to pass a background check

What We Are Looking For...
A successful VIP Team Member is self sufficient and eager to help others. Well spoken, can multi-task, and has good typing skills.
An upbeat, friendly personality; this team player can accept ownership in effectively solving client issues. This person will be a liaison between Fox Commercial Inspections and current/potential clients and agents.
Always keeping client satisfaction as the focus when communicating with them and continuing to go above and beyond.
As the business changes, the VIP Service Team Member will be able to pivot with those changes as well for the success of the team and company.

High School Diploma
Must be a strong communicator (speak & write) in English
